How much CCBs are created each year?
How much Coal Combustion By-Products (CCBs) are produced each year? Should we be concerned about the amount of CCBs produced? Spiraling costs can be contributed to the increasing amount of land needed for disposal/storage; future state and federal regulations; and the challenges that environmental issues pose. All these factors call on research to find new techniques for uses, rather than storage, of CCBs.
