  Associate Director/Co-Principal Investigator at University of Kentucky Research Consortium for Energy & Environment, where he supports the US DOE's efforts to complete the environmental restoration of the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant through application of emerging environmental technologies. He also manages technical support contracts for the Kentucky Department of Public Health Radiation Control Program in Frankfort, Kentucky. From 1994 until 2004, he supported the Commonwealth's Radiation Control Program oversight responsibilities at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant and the Maxey Flats Nuclear Disposal Site.
