Linlee Outdoor Classroom

Geologist Dr. Jim Hower participated in the creation of an at Linlee Elementary outdoor classroom, a nearby elementary school. The design included a Geology Study Area. A rock outcrop, a bridge crossing and a dry stream bed feeding a gravel pond was designed for the study of erosion, the geology of a waterway, riparian environments, and wetland management.
