CHEMCAD SIMULATION SOFTWARE: A TOOL FOR ENERGY RESEARCH?

Abstract:
ChemCad is a process engineering design software package (similar to ASPEN, HYSYS, and SimSci) used extensively in the chemical process industry. The presentation will highlight on useful aspects of ChemCad in the context of energy research. Several examples of the software along with possible applications within the CAER will be presented.
