Abstract:

Petrobras is a semi-public Bralilian energy company. It is the third largest company in the Americas, behind only Exxon-Mobil and General Electric, and is the sixth-largest company in the world, making it larger than Microsoft, AT&T and Walmart. It has interests in oil production and refining, oil shale retorting, and biodiesel production.
