The CAER Advisory Board held their annual meeting on November 5th to listen to status reports from the lab’s research groups, view technical posters, and find strategies to allow the center to move forward. This year’s meeting included two new board members, Rick Sweigard (Chairman, UK Mining Engineering Dept.) and Paul Thompson (VP Operations, LG & E Energy).
Board members present were: Robert Addington, David Boswell, Frank Burke (Board Chair), Bill Caylor, Pat Doolin, David Drake (Vice Chair), Tim Golden, David Gray, Barbara Knutsen, John Larsen, Rick Sweigard and Paul Thompson.
