01/18/2012 Archived Entry: "10th Year for Russell Cave Elementary Tour of CAER"

This year celebrates a decade that the CAER and Russell Cave Elementary have maintained their partnership. This year's scientist-in-the-classroom partnership began with the 4th grade students touring the CAER. They witnessed melting metals; pinching pennies; and algae in a tube, along with other demonstrations. The next collaboration will be a six-week long experiment in the school's science lab.
