01/05/2010 Archived Entry: "Visiting Scientists for 2010"
The New Year brings with it two visiting scientists to the CAER. Zhisheng Chen and Susanta Mohapatra will be working at the lab for a year. During this year, Mr. Chen will be in with the Power Generation Research Group. He earned a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the Tsinghua University (China) and most recently worked at the China Datong Technologies and Engineering Co. Ltd.
Dr. Mohapatra received a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India. He is currently a research assistant professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Nevada at Reno. He will be working in the Biofuels Group.
